Our business started in 1987 and currently, Cliff and Judee Zlotnik are the owners. Cliff and Judee got into the jewelry business because they share an appreciation and passion for fine jewelry and a specific interest in fine watches and clocks. SparkleZ is a proud member of the Direct Jewelry Outlet system which operates discount jewelry stores in four states.
